I've picked the number 8 on Random.org, so the question is: Why don't I wear Lolita more often?
When I finished my studies and my internship (because I don't have a job yet) I found myself a lot more time to wear lolita but I'll give you reasons of why I didn't wear lolita a lot last year:
- Time - When you have to work almost 12 hours per day on your student project (from 9am to 9pm) at school, you prefer to save some time to sleep or relax more.
- Comfort - Again, 12 hours in a really hot room (40 computers running + 10 servers produce a lot of heat) with no window near you is suicide dressed in lolita.
- Credibility - It's hard to wear lolita when you don't know well your co-workers. I don't want to be judge on my look and even if videogame industry isn't really strict about dresscode, it's a world of men and as a female I'm already seen as "different" and doesn't want to create me problems for my career.
- Last but not least - Sometimes I just prefer to wear a scandalously tiny short with a pair of Doc Martens or a very long black skirt, because that is also me!

Tu t'y es mise aussi! ^^
I agree with your last topic! Sometimes we miss a pair of pants or shorts and a nice pair of shoes to go with! Forget a bit all the glam and go out like a "homeless". (Somethimes I liek to wear my old scratched docs boots, with a ripped jeans and a printed tee...and a HAT1 gosh I love hats XD)
RépondreSupprimerI know what you mean, I do the same but with with nails (nice nail-art but crappy clothes xD)!
SupprimerSometimes all you want is to be comfy and we have to agree that lolita isn't really comfy at all!
